Materials Needed
- Aquapure Medical Ozone GeneratorAOT-MD-500D
- Oxygen Cylinder
- Oxygen Regulator

Step by Step Guide to Make Ozonated Olive Oil
1. Prepare Your Workspace
Ensure you are working in a clean, well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling ozone, which can be harmful if breathed in directly
2. Connect the Medical Ozone Generator and all the accessories
Use silicone tubing to connect oxygen cylinder, medical ozone generator, , non-return valve, ozone bottle, titanium diffuser, ozone destructor, put olive oil in the glass bottle.
Be assured that the olive oil is not more than 1/3 full in the bottle as there will generate a lot of bubbles during making ozonated olive oil
Warm Reminder: keep the ozone destructor tube higher than the bottle to avoid bubbles flow into the destructor

3. Immerse the Diffuser in Olive Oil
Place the titanium diffuser at the bottom of the glass containerand be filled with olive oil. This setup ensures that ozone bubbles travel through the entire volume of oil, maximizing the exposure and ozonation process.
4. Set the Medical Ozone Generator Parameters
Set the oxygen regulator flow in 1/8, adjust the ozone level to 80 mg/L

6. Ozonate the Olive Oil
Allow the ozone to bubble continuously through the olive oil for 6 days and nights, the color changes from golden yellow to a lighter yellowish and finally in White

7. Turn Off the Generator and Disconnect
Once the ozonation is complete, turn off the ozone generator. Remove the diffuser stone and tubing carefully. Seal the glass container tightly with a lid.
